Return Policy

We accept returns only for manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase
• Product must be returned with the original box, packaging, and all accessories
• Return shipping cost: Rs. 450 per 1kg (paid by customer)
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories will not be accepted Non-Returnable Items:
• Cables are not eligible for return

Warranty Policy

Warranty services are provided according to the terms mentioned on the product warranty card.

• Product must be within the warranty period
• Customer must pay return shipping cost: Rs. 450 per 1kg
• If the product is brought directly to our shop, no delivery charges apply
• Original warranty card is mandatory for warranty repair or replacement Warranty Terms:
• Some products come with one-to-one replacement warranty
• Some products are repaired and returned
• Warranty type and conditions are clearly mentioned on the warranty card
